Each tablet contains 82 mg of caffeine, which is approximately the amount in a single cup of coffee. Caffeine up to 300 mg per day [i.e., 3 mg per kg of body weight (mg/kg bw)] is permitted for consumption for normal adults. People sensitive to caffeine and anyone with a medical condition should consult with a physician before using this product.
